General Hospital Ottawa visiting hours:

• Cancer Centre Entrance: open Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Critical Care Wing Entrance: open Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Rehabilitation Centre Entrance: open Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Main Entrance: open 24 hours daily
• Emergency Entrance: open 24 hours daily

General Hospital Ottawa Emergency:
The Emergency Department at the General campus of The Ottawa Hospital is open 24/7. [Note: They cannot provide Emergency Department wait times over the phone.]

Parking rates:

• 30 minutes $ 3.50
• 1 hour $ 7.00
• Daily (maximum) $13.00

Pay stations – Inside (cash or credit card)
Once paid, parking voucher is valid for 20 minutes.
Parking rates are subject to change.

Automated express exits – At exit gates (credit card only)

Parking meters (coin-operated and strictly patrolled)

• 3 minutes $0.25
• 9 minutes $1.00
• 30 minutes $3.50
• 1 hour maximum $7.00

Parking passes – Security Office, 2nd floor

• Weekly pass (7 days) $42.25
• Monthly pass $92.00
• Two consecutive weekly passes + $7.50 can be

exchanged for a monthly pass after two weeks (keep your receipts)

Accessible parking spaces – Look for signage in all parking areas

Drop-off and pick-up – At all entrances
