Royal Columbian Hospital emergency wait time:
Provides 24-hour emergency medical care for patients arriving at the hospital in need of immediate care due to a health crisis or medical emergency.
Upon arrival patients are seen by a doctor on a priority basis based on the severity of the patient’s physical condition. Waiting times vary from person to person depending on time, location and level of need.

Please note: 24-hour rates are only valid at Royal Columbian Hospital Home and Community Care Parks and do not apply to Mental Health and Substance Use Parks. All other mental health and substance use parking rates are the same as home and community care rates.
