1. Dr. Alireza Zandi
   Dr. Alireza Zandi is one of the most popular veterinarians in the Edmonton area. He graduated with his DVM degree from Azad Veterinary College in 2005 and started working as a full-time veterinarian at the Iran Veterinary Organization. He quickly obtained his license and certificate of competency in America and Canada and has been a member of the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association and the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association since 2016.
2. Dr. Sumit Sharma
   He obtained his bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine in 2003 from Punjab Agricultural University (India) and completed his master’s degree in veterinary science in 2005. He passed his clinical competency exams at Tufts University, Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, Massachusetts and completed the ECFVG certification program of the American Veterinary Medical Association in 2013 and earned the certificate. Qualification by the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA).
3. Dr. Navjot Gosal
   Dr. Ghoshal grew up in a farming family in India. He grew up with the desire to become a veterinarian, taking care of cows, buffaloes, dogs and fish from childhood. He graduated with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2003 and completed a Masters in Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology in 2005. Then worked as a mixed animal vet for about 3 years and came to Canada in 2008. He is working as a small animal veterinarian. For almost 6 years in Edmonton and surrounding areas, caring for people and their pets
4. Dr. Chrisia Menjivar
   Dr. Krishia Menjivar earned her Bachelor of Science through the University of Alberta and graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Menjivar joined us as a full-time veterinarian in January 2018 in the field of veterinary medicine. Menjivar is particularly interested in dentistry, soft tissue surgery, endocrinology and orthopedics (interests he plans to further himself).
5. Dr. Melanie Bouklin
   Dr. Bucklin graduated from the Veterinary Program at St. Georges University in the Caribbean and spent his clinical years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. This international education allows her to appreciate all types of human-pet bonds and levels of medical care. Dr. Bocklin’s special interests include radiology, dentistry, dermatology, pain management and rehabilitation! He spent 5 years in private practice before joining us at Edmonton West Animal Hospital!
6. Dr. Chelsea Schuster
   Dr. Chelsea Schuster completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Calgary and completed her veterinary training at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Calgary. She moved to Edmonton after her schooling and practiced in the Edmonton area before accepting a position at the Edmonton Dr. Schuster’s professional interests include dentistry, surgery and pain management.
